Server-licence-connection does not work using Windows in Parallels on a Mac; Creo7

Dear community,

we are connecting our PCs over cisco anyconnect to the licence-server of our university. After starting Creo7 in the virtual machine of parallels with windows10 following notes come up before Creo closes directly:

"Licence request failed for future",

"AFX could not load",

"IFX could not load".

I tried to start Creo with a cisco-vpn-connection to the licence server on: the main machine (macOS), on the virtual machine (win10) and with a connection on both machines. Same result with all options.

Is there somebody who can help in that case?

the problem is solved. it was my mistake thinking that the connection to the network of our university over vpn is enough; so i forgot to connect the program with the real license server right at the beginning of the installation..

make it better 😉
