Unable to install CREO3.0 student version

I downloaded CREO 3.0 student version and went with the procedure.While installing licence I entered the licence code then it asked me for my user name and password, when I entered them it shows error and setup starts not responding. Kindly help me. Thank you.

if you received license file via email, then use procedure mentioned in Problems during installation of Creo Student Edition page.
