Users unable to use the license server even though it is UP and running

I am using Creo Simulate Release N/A and DatecodeN/A

Hi Team,

Our users are facing issue in reaching out to one of our License server
We can see in logs and LM Tools that service is running but still users are facing issue. Need Urgent support on this.


Here are the errors that I faced

You realize this is a public forum and in essence you have broadcast the IP information for your server, yes?

If you're having problems with licensing you'd be best advised to ask your VAR (value added reseller) or whoever you purchased the licenses from. They have the experience setting up licenses, because it's what they do.

Troubles with such things can be a result of many problems - firewall settings, types of license(s) being served, whether those licenses are restricted, etc.
