All,
I am asking for a friend. This is the only info I have. I believe she
uses Creo1.
When in Windchill, every so often my workspace becomes inactive and it
wants me to sign in again. Then I have to go to server manager and
switch workspaces and then switch back to the original workspace to get
it active again. Do you have any idea about this? Is it a cache problem?

We currently have a case open with tech support on "Server Offline" messages. I think you friend's issue is related. We are having the same thing happen here. (WF5 M120 + WC 9.1 M050) So far we haven't found a solution. Here are some support articles you may want to review, but so far none of them has resolved the issues here yet. It seems to have something to do with network traffic, the browser, and possibly the anti-virus software. (See attached PDF of my testing so far.)
