The Creo window is black when opening the model from my workspace as "open in Creo"

While opening any model from my workspace, when I do "open in Creo", Creo application opens up, but it doesn't show any thing just black window.

 

Could someone please help.

the issue is resolved now. the application is working fine.

If you don't use "open in creo" and just launch creo and open a model, does it work normally?

What version of creo and windchill?

No. It's not working when i try to load any model normally.

windchill version: 12

creo version: 08

rename all config.pro and config.sup files and the ui customzation file and then restart Creo. See what you get with OOTB Creo settings.
