dual monitor settings for programs

I am running dual 20 inch monitors. I have a quadro fx1500 graphics card. Can I customize the settings to open applications on selected monitors?

I use the "dual view" setup under the Nvidia control panel for my monitors. If one application is placed or moved to the second screen, then Windows remembers where the application is located the next time it is launched.
