Hello Everybody,
I'm working for several clients (Creo2, 3, 7 8 and 9).
I'm installing Pro/E - Creo for many years in C;\ptc\creo_xxx
No problem for using all versions.
I'm doing this for over 20 years... too late for me to change my manner... 😞
However, I would like to install each revisions of help files..
Downloaded on PTC.
But I can't what would be best place to install each help folders.
(Program files ??? but each revision will erase previous one ?)
Any idea ?
Thanks

Thanks,
But it seems to be more complicated as I supposed.
I have a subscription (Creo 9) but I can"t install Creo 3.
Creo9 lm...txt works for creo9 but not for previous versions.
I can't know how to resolve this... 😞
Any advice ?
Thanks,
Hi,
I guess your license file contains floating license. Does the file contain SERVER and DAEMON lines?
If the answer is YES then you have to:
Note: I copied creo 3.0 M190 installation from another computer to my computer -AND- it works well with Creo 9.0 license file.
I put them under the same root folder for that release of Creo.
Clean, simple and easy.
Hi,
you can place individual help directories in any location (mapped network drive can be used, too) and then use environment variable to "familiarize" Creo with the location of the help. You do not have to install help, you can copy help directory.
Information related to Creo 9.0:
Thanks,
