invalid feature name

I had Creo III installed for FIRST robotics use on office CPU's.  When I try to open it it gives me the following error:

License request failed for feature

Invalid feature name:[FEATURE_NAME]

Can anyone help?

Jim,

This error will prompt when Creo is installed without specifying the license information (server or license file).

To correct this, reconfigure Creo by executing reconfigure.exe from <Installation location>\parametric\bin and specify the server under license identification as 7788@servername (if license is on server) OR drag and drop the license file (for locked license)

Thank You!  Solved our issue!

I did in fact skip license step.

I was trying to simply define the license parameter as a System Env. Variable but it would not work.

PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE=

So the reconfigure and defining our node locked license as directed above fixed our issue.
