Is it possible to display additional settings in the display of 3D ?
ex : mass, revision, ...
Hi Herve...
There are some other things which can appear in the "floating" text menu (style, tolerances, etc)... but you cannot specify things like mass or revision.
You could create 3D annotations that contain such information. These annotations can display on the screen and travel with the model. They're also parametric. However, they will not appear in the lower left hand corner in the same way as the text in your screen shot. They will appear almost as satellite text either floating next to the model or attached to the model by leader lines. As you rotate the model, the text will rotate with it... which is completely different than the text in your screen shot which always stays in the corner.
Thanks!

Actually, Brian, if you make the annotation plane FLAT TO SCREEN, it remains in place regardless of model orientation, zoom, or pan. So you actually could "fake" your option by making an annotation of the parameter. The only downside is that you must leave the annotation displayed or use it in display states.
Of course you're correct... I was actually just trying to drive home the point that those annotations are not the same as the text in the screenshot. I understated the capabilities of annotatation. While there are options to prevent the annotations from rotating with the model... there are no options to place the annotations in the lower corner and have them "hover" there.
It would be cool if we could do that, though!
