We are working on a Creo Toolkit application to traverse structure of a Creo Assembly that contains ~650 objects at different levels in which there are Family table instances associated with ~200 Family tables using Creo 4 or later versions. The total number of instances in these Family tables is about ~5600. We are using the Creo/Toolkit (Pro/Toolkit) APIs to traverse through the structure to retrieve the details of all objects available in the structure including all instances of all Family tables associated with this assembly structure. Do you have any benchmark timing for traversing this kind of a Creo assembly using Creo/Toolkit (Pro/Toolkit) APIs to retrieve information about ~6000 objects? If so, could you please share the information of the appropriate APIs to be used for traversing the Creo assembly structure and also to retrieve the details of all instances in all Family tables? Also, we would like to have a sample program containing set of Pro/Toolkit APIs that will help in traversing the structure faster in the shortest time possible and suggest any recommendations for achieving faster traversal...
