I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.2.0
First I should point out that I have been using Creo since early ProE. I have generated thousands (literally) of drawings.
I have a plate with some holes, some tapped and some not. I am not able to show the threads on the tapped holes.

remade the part and its fine now. This will remain a mystery.

Rare but not unheard of. I once modeled an entire part that refused to function properly. It was a copy of a similar item which worked perfectly fine. I stripped the thing back to it's default datums and rebuilt it from scratch and it STILL would not work. We're talking things like changing a dimension, regenerating, and datums/geometry refusing to move... just basic stuff.
Super rare but it has been known to happen.
