The OOTB IFX lite library is included with Creo, since Creo 3. You should be able to access it directly from within Creo. The limitation is that the files cannot be modified for use with your existing part names. If you want to utilize the entire library, modify the existing files and add your own files, you need to buy the full version of IFX.

I have no IFX option so that I can bring it to life.  I believe it has to do with either license or config management.  Please let me know where to turn this on.

Thanks

Look in your license file to see if you have this line:

# Optional Modules = Intelligent Fastener Extension

If you don't have access to the license file, in Creo use File-Help-System Information. It should list Intelligent Fastener Extension if you have the module.
