we cannot assign license to user for CREO Parametric

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeF000

License is available in the server , but it is showing the licenses are reached out. The users cannot get his access.

Hi,

please run ptcstatus.bat on server and client, too. Then publish command output.

Note: Sometimes license is blocked by firewall. Try turning it off.

Quick fix: reboot the license server. This will free all licenses.
