Analytics Prediction Flow Serve Pump

We're looking for develop a predicition for a brake prototype.

We found this video of PTC (from minute 3):

 

From 3th minute you can see the use of ThingPredictor to display the time of failure. Our question would be how to develop such a prediction, to say in how many days an error will occur or it will fail out. Are there any guides to that specified pump serve video/usecase or how can we get some support in this topic? Yours sincerely
