Cannot import extensions into Thingworx8.4.1

Hi,

I'm trying to import extensions into Thingworx8.4.1 but found below errors:

I followed the PTC install guide to manually create thingworxplatform folders and the platform-settings.json:

After I installed the 8.4.1, I found another 3 folders were created and another platform-settings.json file here:

Once I trying to add the "extension policy" parameters to the second json file, I cannot connect to thingworx. In fact, once I modified anything in the second file, I cannot connect.

Does anyone know what's going on?

how am I be able to import the extensions?

i think things might have gone mismatched or mixed up between the types of installations

one of types of installations is through installers and the other one is the normal one(through separate softwares setups)..

try to see and fix it in this direction
