Data Field is blank in Label chart

Data Field is blank in Label chart

Trying to map string values from Info Table to X and Y axis. Data field drop down is appearing blank . Please suggest.

I believe you need to populate the DataField with a number.  Your service is only returning string values.  Your x-axis can be a string label but your y-axis cannot if I'm not mistaken.
