Hello @BernardoAlb ,
I have the same issue when I create a profile job, then I can create an analytic model but I can´t view it. How did you solve the problem with profile job?
Thank you in advance

Hello @nsampat,
I have Analytics, Platform, Extension and Foundation with 8.4 trial version. I solved this problem installing Mozilla Firefox because Internet Explorer 11 has problems with Analytics although IE11 is a requeriment accepted in https://www.ptc.com/en/support/refdoc/ThingWorx_Analytics/8.4/Analytics_Server_Windows_Installation_Guide_8_4?&art_lang=en&posno=2&q=Analytics%208.4&DocumentType=Reference%20Document&source=search I think that PTC should change this requeriment.
Thank you for your help
Luis
ljam,
Than you for posting your question to the PTC Community.
Are you seeing any error messages in your ThingWorx Platform Application Log or dialog pop ups in Analytics Builder / Workbench when attempting to access your model?
Is this only occurring with one dataset? Are you about to load different data and create a model, then profiles?
Can you provide the following information so that we may better assist you?
Regards,
Neel
