Error on server - when saving permissions on a template.

Hi All,

I keep getting this error: 'Error on server ' when I attempt to save permissions on a template whose children have remote connections. 

Is this a Thingworx error? Or perhaps is there some sort of security feature for remote connections that does not permit a user to save permissions on a template that has remotely connected children?

Setting permissions should not be an issue.

Does the error in your screenshot come "instantly"? Or after e.g. some minutes?

When you have the error can you check the Logs (Application/ScriptLog) and see if there is an error present with more information?
