Error when executing SQL queries

Hello,

I'm having an issue with sql queries in thingworx that gives this error:  

"Unable to Invoke Service DBL_datalabdb_R_EQUIPER_SelectAll_SQL on DBL_datalabdb_SQLFourFusion : Execute Query failed. Please check Database logs for more details." 

any clue why it is giving this error? 

Ps: i have data coming in on applications (indirect link with db : ok)  which is strange

Could you pls confirm whether your DB is connected or not?

could you elaborate on testing the connection to DB ?  do you mean try basic querry like GETDate ? 

yes i can execute getdate properly but that is the only querry that does not give the error mentionned above..

Have you checked Database logs for more details, as the message recommends?

Without having more details this could be anything, either on TWX side or on DB side. Wrong user, wrong password, missing privileges, wrong tablename, full disk and so on.
