I am looking to export an infotable and chart to a csv, can you please brief a bit more with steps , where i can find the excel report template

The chart might be hard, but for the data, there is a Data Export Widget.

Keep your final report template in Repository folder. Report template (Excel) should have required graph using empty data (cell) reference.

Using custom extension, append infotable data to excel file. File should be copied from report template. Now, you able to see the data with graph in new excel file.
