How to create bar Stacked Graph ?

Are you referring to the Proportional Chart Widget?

Hi @yasmalik 

I think you can import "custom chart "extension from marketplace, it has bar chart, time series chart in it. In the bar chart you can select grouped, stacked as per your requirement. Check the image, download the extension from below link
