How to retrieve Backup data

I see that Thingworx has schedular that backup the data on regular intervals. but I am not getting how can I retrieves that backup data.

Have you looked for it in the \ThingworxStorage\repository\SystemRepository folders?

Have you looked at the Scheduler thing that backup the data. It should have the path where it is doing the backup.

Also, are you referring to some OutOfTheBox thing or a custom thing?
