Is Raspberry Pi 4 working with thingworx?

Hello,

 

I am using guide for connecting Raspberry Pi 4 to thingworx. But thingworx is not updating value from raspberry pi 4. It is remaining on zero even after showing in raspberry pi 4 terminal that all 3 properties are updated. Please help me to solve this probelm. Is it problem with raspberry pi 4 or what??

Hi @Preet98.

 

For troubleshooting this issue:

  • Can you browse to the ThingWorx server from a laptop?  Can you browse to the ThingWorx server from the Raspberry Pi itself?
  • Did you update the config.json file with the ThingWorx server URL and an AppKey generated by the TWX server? Are both the EMS and LSR running at the same time?
  • Do you see any errors when starting the EMS and LSR?


If these steps do not help to pinpoint the cause of the issue, please upload the config.json and config.lua file and the log of messages when starting these two processes.
