Is it possible to get screen resolution?

Hi, I would like to make three different mashup for the user for three different screen resolution (PC, Table, and Smartphone).

According to the resolution the user will see some widget and some not.

Is It possible to get the screen resolution so that I can understand what kind of device is the User using?

There is no out of the box feature that would do that. You may look into developing a custom extension that could possibly pull that information from the user system either automatically or perhaps having them manually input it.
