I recently updated the scheduler time in our development environment, but the changes have not been reflected in the production environment.
What is the reason this ?How can I track the issue.

how is the sync process between DEV and PROD? not sure why you expect a change done in DEV should change something in PROD?
General Info: Scheduler from an extension will not override its settings when importing a new version with a new schedule. The scheduler settings are stored in a configuration table of the Scheduler-Thing. Which has the same behavior like other configuration tables. Also see https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS392575 regarding the Configuration-table behavior.
