Hello,
I have placed the war file in tomcat installation location and started tomcat but licence file is not created. Please find the attached logs.
Hi,
You have some errors with connectivity to Postgres database. Please check the article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS235937
After platform is starting, you will see new file called LicenseRequestFile.txt that will contain the device ID needed for licensing, not the license itself. Please see this article for licensing part: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS271439
Thank you,
Raluca Edu

Hi @isha.
From the log snippet you provided, you still haven't corrected the connectivity issue with the database. When you connect to the database using pgAdmin, how many tables do you see? It could be that the database was not created successfully. Did you get any errors when running the scripts to create the db?
Regards.

Hi @isha.
I can see that you have 58 tables which is expected for the version of ThingWorx you are installing.
For the next step, we need to review your platform-settings.json file located in \ThingworxPlatform and your logs located in \ThingworxStorage\logs. Please attach these files so we can investigate further.
Regards.

Hi @isha.
These errors are not enough to troubleshoot the issue. Please attach the files themselves:
