Where can I found Lua instruction sample scripts mentioned in ThingWorx Utilities and used for Software Content Management?

They are located in the extension bundle for SCM in the "twx-config" directory.  They are not automatically installed, but you can install them manually by copying them to a directory within the TW.RSM.Thing.FileRepository e.g. "/ThingworxStorage/repository/TW.RSM.Thing.FileRepository/sample-scripts".
