While I'm doing some work in order to display remote data in time series chart,
I created valueStream
I defined a Thing with this valueStream to memorize all remote data value ,
of course, all properties are logged on .
but finally when I try to execute QueryPropertyHistory service ,it return "Unable to Invoke Service QueryPropertyHistory on Testprop : java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to retrieve entry"
Any explication about this issue ?

Solved,
As shown in the article
I tried to not delete the cache of the server or something like that, but to re-do all the process again from
New ValueStream assigned to a new ThingTemplate plus a new ThingShape, all of that assigned to a thing.
And that's works : )
Thanks
This generally comes when the data is somehow corrupted, can you please check this - https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS292076
