Programmatically set LOCAL property binding

Is there a way to do that? I have only found the services to set REMOTE bindings

 

I am using Thingworx 8.5

I have already read those two

But it does not explain how to set LOCAL property bindings. It has parameters to set REMOTE property bindings only
