Recover deleted data backup of data tables

Hi Team,

By default, whether thingworx data tables are taken backup on daily basis. we have accidentally deleted some of the data tables.

If i could access last day data tables data , that would be helpful. Anybody has any idea?

Hi Rdhakrishnan, just so it's clear which database are you using as persistence provider? and is the instance hosted by CS or you have it locally running within your organization?

Rdhakrishnan Kandasamy​, As per my knowledge; the automatic database backup is done for Neo4j and H2. But not for Postgresql.

Ankit Gupta​ yeah I think that's correct. I think important setting to check, for PostgreSQL as Persistence Provider, here would be whether or not Rdhakrishnan Kandasamy​ has enabled the EnableBackup = true in platform-settings.json. If it's not then likely you don't have any backup whatsoever.
