Hello Team,

Need some help on Federation connection

when GetSubscriber status service from publisher is called the below status is shown

And getting the below error from thingworx application logger

Refilling connections on [endpoint 15, uri: ws://***.***.***.***/Thingworx/WS] failed : null

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Review any defined Federation subscribers in FederationSubsystem and verify that the server information is correct 

go to FederationSubsystem on composer under Subsystems to verify the configurations

check for port number

ensure if firewall is not blocking any connection

ensure the same modifications are applied to server.xml file( tomcat directory) as well.

talking about port number to be mentioned in server.xml file

If ThingWorx hosted by PTC Cloud then Port number should be 8443

same modification is done in server.xml located at <Tomcat_Home>/conf/server.xml to get the ThingWorx Port number
