Session timeout should redirect to Single Sign On page (SSO) on initial load

Hi Team ,

At the time of session time out we want that it will redirect to SSO page not on the popup which is asking for username and password .can you please guide to solve this problem ..

but while running getting error Authenticator threw an exception while invoking matchesAuthRequest(...), authenticatorName=SSORELOGINAuthenticatorExtension, exception=null 

Any help highly appriciated

You can check the exact exception stack trace in the ErrorLog. You won't see it in Composer, so check the file directly.

Have you reviewed the Article - CS303274 - After a session expires the user is not redirect to the Single Sign-On (SSO) page in ThingWorx Platform 

Related Article - CS289202 - Error "400 - Invalid redirect_uri" is displayed when validating credentials with SSO configuration in Thingworx Navigate
