Three Model Viewer and google map does not see on Goggle Chrome

Hi All,

I'm using Thingworx 7.4.

When I'm using Google Chrome

the widgets google map and Three Model Viewer are not see on Mashup.

The following are the mashup on Chrome

next picture is the same mashup in Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.40)

Can someone help me

Can you open up the Chrome Developer console and see if there are any errors in there?

To open the dedicated Console panel, either:

• Press Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac).
• If DevTools is already open, press the Console button.

A custom widget that you have installed does not work correctly on Chrome. This is made clear by the SyntaxError in the console log.

Can you maybe right click on CombinedExtensions.20170719_062407.js (the red line) and select open in a new tab. Then attach the results here. This can help us understand which of the widgets causes the problems.

Looks like the chartWidget_ExtensionPackage that you imported was somehow messed up as it's contains invalid characters. Can you try to remove it and redownload it from another source?

Hi Petrisor,

I did the following steps :

1)I removed the package chartWidget_ExtensionPackage

2) I download chartWidget_ExtensionPackage from market Place PTC

3) I import the extension in Thingworx

4) there is the same error

inside the code CombinedExtensions.20170726_040237.js I see the following rows
