Unable create entity on Thingworx composer due to permission issue

Hi,

We got thingworx licence we created users by duplicating administrator user that was provided as default one.

When we login with newly created users we are unable to create any entities it says don't have permissions to create.

could anyone help us to provide access to our user also.

Could you login again with Administrator, and put your new user under User Group Administrators and tray again.

Hi,

We got it finally administrators are there in user group which is hided default. We need to go to user groups>advanced>show system objects( check box to be checked then it visible in user groups.

After that add all created users in to administrators group by edit members and save then everyone will be able access all the entities

Yes System object should be searched after you enable the "Show System Objects" checkbox.
