Hi

I am trying to setup an analytics server for my TWX platform, for which I am stuck on getting the UploadThing zip file to be installed on the server. Attached you will find the extracted Thingworx_Analytics_Extension files in which UploadThing.zip should also be present however it is missing.

Thank you for your post.
The UploadThing was a mechanism used in older version (I think until 8.1). It is no longer needed.

All you need is the extension file you have in the screenshot you posted.

You do have to be careful and make sure you follow the compatibility matrix though (https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_analytics_8/#page/analytics%2Fcompatibility%2Fthingworxanalytics_compatibility_8_5_later.html%23) 

By the way, where did you find that uploadthing was needed ? I'd like to see if the document can be updated if we have something that still mention it.

Hi @ketanaga , Yes it is not required after 8.1 you must be following old documentation.
