User ID

I am trying to reset password for a user in Form Login. There it asks to fill userID. 

 

where can I find the user ID of a user?

yes I checked in user extensions. There is no UserID

Can you brief the flow to get landed onto this Reset Password screen. Are you trying to change password while logged-in or trying to change password without logging-in?

I feel that userID is the name of the user. Can you try that?
