getting different filename on download

when i'm downloading the file it gives different filename in different browser. Please let me know if there is any solution to my problem.

Please share few more details,

1. Downloading from File Repository?
2. Exporting data as CSV using Data Export widget?

Hi @Sathishkumar_C ,

Actually, in Internet Explorer, instead of FileName.csv, it is giving data.csv (data.csv file name comes only when there is no file name is mentioned in the widget properties of Export Widget)

Can you try and check if you can replicable this issue?

Internet Explorer is no longer supported since Thingworx 8.5 upwards. You will have tons of issues just opening the composer or runtime. I doubt that there will be a solution for this problem.

@AA_10034462 Can you provide on which browser you are trying and Thingworx version?
