Hi,
I have installed Thingworx 8.5.3 version recently. Yeah, it is fresh installation. After trial expiration brought paid license and trying to configure. Every time it is showing ignored_license_capablity_response.bin. I followed all the suggested by PTC but still the issue is same.
Please find attached NavigateLicensingConfigurator_install.log, Application.log
Any suggestion that would help to resolve this issue ?

Do you have a licenseRequestFile.txt.txt file created at D:\Thingworx\ThingWorxNavigate-8.5.3\ThingworxPlatform ?
If yes:
1) Get a new license for the id reported in that file at https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/index
2) remove every license related file from D:\Thingworx\ThingWorxNavigate-8.5.3\ThingworxPlatform
3) Place the new license file under D:\Thingworx\ThingWorxNavigate-8.5.3\ThingworxPlatform and make sure to name it license_capability_response.bin
4) start Tomcat -see also https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS271439 - you could also try the conencted option.
if no licenseRequestFile.txt.txt is created, see https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS316018
Hope this helps

Hello Christophe,
Thanks for your quick response.
As per your given scenarios like in first I can see licenseRequestFile.txt. but still I don't understand why should go for new license if it is already there.
Please guide.
Thanks,
Subhash
It is important to start afresh, from the logs they have been different file present at different attempt so I would recommend that you remove any license related file form ThingWorxPlatform, so you shoudl have just the keystore and platform-settings.
Restart Tomcat, this will generate a new licenseRequestFile.txt file - ThingWorx won't start at this stage, that is expected.
Generate a new license for the id in this file
and proceed as indicated before with the new license file
In this way we'll have a clean situation and see what happens.
Regards
Christophe
