label chart 2 y axis

I'm trying to display a label chart with two data sources. These are time-value series, but the time stamps are not perfectly correlated. In particular, one time series goes back 2 weeks, while the other one ihas less data - it only has 4 days.

The label chart ends up with the timestamps correlated to the first series, and the second series not lined up properly - the data appears to be distributes across the chart as if it's timestamps are on the x-axis.

The result is i have two time-value series that do not line up. Is there a way to get those correlated? It appears that the label chart, when using two time-value series, depends on the timestamps on the two series being the same.

Thanks in advance.

Hello, Holt.

Can you post a picture of the chart you're seeing? And are you using a marketplace extension to make the chart?

Thanks,

Hi Holt - You may want to merge the 2 infotables into one using a service and zero fill when other value which doesnt have the data! That way you can align them correctly. And you are right that if 2 source have different timeline then the chart widget will try to combine and plot them resulting in either overlaps or irregular intervals between the bars. BTW how does it look if you use line with points instead of bars ?? Does that help ?

Could you please provide the version of the ThingWorx platform you are on, the widgets version (assuming it's the custom charts from the marketplace - you may get the version from the Extension manager found in the import/export tab up top in the Composer ), and the browser version? Is it seen in a different browser?
