no entities found in composer

Right now I am working in a remote desktop. when i open the composer, sometimes it says no Things found and same goes for all the entities. what could be the reason for this?

Hello @Sruthi,

This often happens when you try to login with two different users in different tabs of your browser. Keep in mind that all tabs share the same user session.
