I am trying to download license.bin as instructed as part of thingworx installation..
getting failure message as posted below.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hi Rashmita, this could be a temporary issue. For how long have you been trying to download the file? If it has been a while you might want to reach out to your sales or open a license support case.
What happens when you click on the Download button on the License Management page? Ideally the license ( which is a .bin file) should get downloaded .
If you were able to download the file but faced issues while launching the Thingworx application , ensure that you have followed the below steps.
If you were not able to download the file at all , then please reach out to the sales dept as mentioned by Sushant.
