I have issues at login. I'm the primary admin and can assess the admin center without issues.
When I try to login in the app I get the error message: "Something's not right. Please try again. Invalid email address". I've tried to reset my password, which was successfull but I still can't log in.
Could you please check?
in the meantime I've figured out, that it is working when I switch off the WLAN. So there is something in the company settings that prevents the logon in WLAN.
It is working fine with mobile connection. I guess this is supposed to be that way?
Or can you give me a hint on what I need to check in WLAN settings?
