5 days ago I uploaded 2 captures taken on a HoloLens 2. I am still waiting for the optimized video files.
Is this normal behavior?
It is normal to receive this message after you have recently uploaded and the platform is running through the videos to queue for optimization. If you are still receiving this much later there was likely an issue. I would file a Tech Support call to report and investigate.
