I'm working with a client in colombia and I'm from spain, if i publish a experience they dont have access to it even if i make it public. Does region affect for some reason? Anyone knows how can i handle this?

In my experience it doesn't have any affect.
I would check the following:
- Correct experience server is selected, rescan the QR code
- Security system may block the connection, try from other hardware or in another network
Are you using Vuforia studio On-Pemise or PTC cloud?
