@meliu Is this happening on your Trial instance or local On premise ES . It could be due to the fact that there has been some changes done in supporting ES Trail service for internal user and instance.
@meliu I believe it will be better if you can open a PTC Tech Support case to investigate the issue further. Also, mention the ES, ThingWorx and Studio version been used.
