I would like to have traffic light like displays in Thingworx studio. The widget should is to be mapped to a boolean signal. if its true -> Red light. If false->Green light. What is the best way to go about this ?

What widget are you using?  Do you want to change the colors by showing different images or by using css to show the different colors?  There are solutions either way, just need to know which approach you want.
