No environment in - View product is shown in a white background?

How does one go about getting rid of showing a product in an environment?  Can the product be displayed in a white background?  Trying to replicate the CAD environment - product on a white background in Vuforia View?

Hi @TG_10622756 ,

I do not think that this is a real use case what is  intented for  Vuforia View AR usage- means to have some kind of Creo view. So possibly when the desired platform is a mobile then you can take the mobile version of creo view or onShape

Otherwise when you required some agumentation  you can add s some very large 3dimage Widget  for the background environment and set them with texture to have the desired background appearance.

When using a spatial target, you can trigger the service "freeze camera"

For rotation around other axis you can have a look at this thread: Possibility to change/set the spincenter (csys) of... - PTC Community

Using the new implemented 3D-Geometry data, you can choose the center of rotation : https://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/studio/en/index.html#page/Studio_Help_Center%2Fcad_structure_api.html%23

Ok...for an update.  I resolved this by creating a large, shelled sphere around my product.  Initially, I thought that if I placed my product inside a shelled sphere, it would block the light and my product would be rendered black along with the inside of the shelled sphere.  My product 'floats' inside a large white sphere - an all white background - and I don't show the product sitting in my cluttered cubicle...ha!
