Problem with Model Target optimization

As per this thread, similar issue:

I used the same method you mentioned, but I have encountered a problem: the model of entire assembly cannot completely coincide with the actual assembly. How can I solve this problem?

will u please elaborate it much by share more pictures with different views?

"which part" is used for model target? what's its color?

from current picture I m not sure what may be issue.
