This issue has been resolved in Vuforia View 8.5.13 for iOS.
There is currently a known issue with Vuforia View and iOS 14. Upgrading to iOS 14 may impact Spatial Target functionality in Vuforia View. No other targets (ThingMark, Model, Image) will be affected by the iOS update. We are actively working on and verifying a fix for this issue and will update this post when it is available.
