I am trying to install the thingworx studio software but keep getting this error message when the installation occurs.

Hi @mryman,

Does this error occur during the installation of Vuforia Studio that was downloaded from the Vuforia Studio trial page? 

Or does this happen if you try to install the Experience Service from the PTC Download Portal?
